A new team of summer casuals is recruited into the stores through September and October in preparation for the busy December and January period and sees the number of people working for the Group increase to over 1000 at its peak.
This number includes a team who work in the Head Office, where the Finance, IT, Supply Chain, HR and Front Office teams work along side the retail specialist teams of Retail Operations Management, Buying, Merchandise Planning, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising.
With its long standing history going back over 30 years, the Group is also proud of the fact that some of the team has been with the business for over 10 years.
